Information we collect

The application asks for information you choose to provide, including:

• Your name, company, work email, and optional company website.
• Your current software, approximate spend, team size, business-number preference, timeline, and plan interest.
• Selected workflow needs, optional renewal timing, and any notes you submit.
• Your consent to receive email about the application and pilot.

Hosting and security providers may also process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use application information to evaluate whether ToneForward may fit your business, respond to you, plan the founding pilot, improve the product preview and application process, and prevent abuse. We do not use application consent as permission for unrelated marketing.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host the website, database, and email needed to operate ToneForward, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and your choices

We keep pilot application information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and operate the pilot, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your application information. You may also opt out of email at any time by replying to a message or contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect submitted information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical, or account credentials in the free-text field.
